A Night Out
A Night Out in Bonaire
When it comes to dining out in Bonaire, we’re spoiled for choice. There are so many great restaurants to choose from, but a big family favorite is Mona Lisa. It’s a cozy spot right in the heart of Kralendijk, and we love the fantastic food and the fact that it’s walking distance from other action in town. Whether we’re enjoying fresh fish or a perfectly cooked steak, Mona Lisa never disappoints, and it’s always a great way to start the evening.
After dinner, we usually have a few options. One of our favorite things to do is swing by Gio’s for some delicious gelato. The flavors are always rich and refreshing, making it the perfect post-dinner treat. If we’re up for a drink, we’ll often stop by Little Havana. It’s a laid-back spot where we always seem to run into someone we know—it’s part of what makes the place feel so special.
And if the mood strikes, we love heading over to Cuba Compagnie for a bit of salsa dancing. Thursday nights are especially lively, with the rhythm of salsa music filling the air and people showing off their moves. Whether we’re out on the dance floor or just watching the fun, it’s always a great way to end the night.
Some nights, we do a combination of all of the above! A little gelato, a drink with friends at Havana, and maybe some dancing at Cuba Compagnie—whatever the night brings, it’s always a memorable one.
